Due to a rapid expansion of our Business we are looking for someone to join our Team as an Office Co-ordinator. 

This is a new role to the business and could develop nicely into many different areas. 



About The Role

We are looking for an Office Co-ordinator to support the company and play a key role in enabling growth of the business. 
 You will be acting as the true lynchpin across the business at a very exciting and progressive time.

Key Tasks

  • Conducting pre-employment checks and ensuring candidate compliance is carried out to the high company standards. 

  • Ensuring Candidates are shown the highest levels of candidate care. 

  • Resourcing Candidates for the Team. 

  • Daily Office Administration

  • Supporting the Directors with their duties 

Additional Roles (Training Provided) 

  • Office HR

  • Book Keeping 


Experience Required:

Each day can be different and present many challenges, but you’ll thrive on being super organised and feel comfortable working to tight deadlines and delivering excellence. 

  • Have a positive and approachable manner

  • Possess excellent organisational skills

  • Highly proficient with excellent Microsoft office skills Word, Excel, Gmail (Emails and Calendar)

  • Good command of English - both written/verbal

  • Excellent communication written/verbal

  • Be attentive to detail

  • Calm under pressure

  • Resourceful problem solver and decision maker

  • Time management and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to work in flexible environment of a growing small business

Office Hours are 9am -5pm Monday to Friday 

Location: Portishead, Bristol (BS20 7AN)
