What Can I expect When I Register With Long-term Teachers?
We will invite you into our office in Bradley Stoke (BS32 4QW) we do have free parking!
We will have an informal interview and chat to really get to know you and exactly what you're looking for. We will request documents you need to bring with you, a list will be sent to you beforehand. There is a small amount of paperwork we will go through with you, including our safeguarding training.
Then the rest is up down to us!
What Type of Work Do Long-term Teachers Offer?
In short, everything!
We specialise in Long-term & Permanent roles, however we do offer Supply as well.
We work with Primary, Secondary, SEND and Nurseries across the Bristol, Swindon, Bath, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
How much, and how often will I be paid?
We are committed to our Fair Pay Policy. We are proud to pay our candidates are not only paid well but looked after to the highest of standards.
AWR - Some agencies avoid it. We don’t! It often results in a pay increase when you are 12 weeks into a long-term role.

Can working though an agency go towards my NQT year?
NQT’s can complete their induction over 3 separate assignments in different schools, provided each is for a full term or more. We find this a really good way for NQT’s to get the experience needed. If you would like to contact us for more information about this we would be delighted to help!
